
This article shares some thoughts about the murder of George Floyd and the protests and riots that ensued in response. I offer suggestions for a Christian response in light of Pentecost and the Holy Spirit’s role in the believer’s life.

God is always present. He is always available when we need Him and will always be faithful to His promises.

God knows all about you: the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the ugly. He loves you all the same. His omniscience is a reason to trust Him and take comfort, knowing that He will never stop loving you no matter what.

The teaching that God knows all can challenge our faith. How can an all-knowing and good God allow evil? His ways are above our ways, but we can trust Him when we do not understand Him.
